A EDUCAÇÃO INTEGRAL NA PERSPECTIVA DO DIREITO SOCIAL DA CRIANÇA E DO ADOLESCENTE

O objetivo desse artigo é analisar a Educação Integral na perspectiva dos direitos sociais da criança e do adolescente como o melhor caminho para diminuir as desigualdades sociais e de aprendizagens entre os alunos os considerando como ser único, sujeito de direitos e possibilidades. As considerações realizadas neste trabalho são de pesquisas de cunho bibliográfico contendo em seu referencial a utilização de livros, no qual se acredita que a Educação Integral na perspectiva dos direitos sociais é necessária que resinifique conteúdos, espaços, metodologias, práticas pedagógicas e atividades educativas que compreenda o ser humano na sua completude. Considerou-se que as atividades oferecidas fora dos muros da escola efetiva um sentimento de pertencimento do aluno em relação ao seu meio e abre portas da sociedade para este cidadão/aluno.
