A SOMA QUE GERA NULIDADE DE DIREITOS

O Estado Brasileiro mesmo muito atuante na esfera internacional no que diz respeito aos direitos humanos, se comprometendo a cumprir o disposto nos mais diversos diplomas internacionais, inclusive incluindo-os na legislação pátria, ainda falha quanto à sua efetiva aplicação, isso se mostra muito claro quando vemos a triste realidade das mulheres grávidas, lactantes e com filhos que estão custodiadas pelo Estado. O sistema prisional já foi declarado pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal um estado de coisas inconstitucional, e quando parece que algo não pode piorar, basta encarar a realidade dessas mulheres. Não é falta de amparo legal que justifica a situação e sim um descaso dos agentes públicos, que não vêem a situação como algo prioritário, associada à cultura do encarceramento presente no Poder Judiciário, e à falta de sensibilidade da sociedade que apenas enxerga como criminosas que não merecem dignidade nem respeito.
