BULLYING NO ENSINO SUPERIOR:
CONSEQUÊNCIAS PARA A VÍTIMA E CONSEQUÊNCIAS JURÍDICAS PARA O AGRESSOR

Este trabalho versa sobre a ocorrência do bullying no ensino superior e suas possíveis consequências para a vítima dessa violência. Trata-se de um artigo científico que busca analisar, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, a ocorrência desse fenômeno no ensino superior e identificar as suas consequência para o indivíduo que é submetido a ele, visto que grande parte das pessoas que já passaram por essa experiência relatam algum trauma que adquiriram após a ocorrência, principalmente no ensinosuperior, com as práticas do denominado trote, em que os alunos iniciantes são submetidos a ações caracterizadas como bullying que por vezes levam ao óbito. Diante disso, por ocorrer principalmente em ambientes escolares, o presente artigo busca observar a sua ocorrência no âmbito do ensino superior. Portanto, o objetivo precípuo é fomentar a discussão dessa violência nesse nível de ensino, pois corriqueiramente vê-se veicular nos canais de notícias essas práticas; mas não se tem estudos e pesquisas, de forma contundente, sobre as consequências desse ato para a vítima, que carregará a experiência de ter sofrido essa violência para o resto da vida.
