PROPOSTA DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE UNIDADE DE RECEBIMENTO DE PEQUENOS VOLUMES COMO FONTE DE REUTILIZAÇÃO DOS RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS DA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma saída sustentável para os resíduos sólidos da construção civil, amenizando assim os problemas ambientais e de saúde, causados pela grande quantidade lançadas inadequadamente no meio ambiente. Apresenta práticas de gestão de resíduos, implementadas pelo poder público da cidade de Belo Horizonte. Aponta a importância das Unidades de Recebimento de Pequenos Volumes, expõem dados sobre tipos, classes e composição dos resíduos sólidos, retrata os problemas a serem enfrentados para a disseminação da prática sustentável, demonstra a experiência de Belo Horizonte na reciclagem dos resíduos como agregados para pavimentação e evidencia a importância que essas boas práticas têm, para uma melhor qualidade de vida, inclusão social e um meio ambiente sustentável.
