ABANDONO AFETIVO INFANTO-JUVENIL E SUAS CONSEQUÊNCIAS LEGAIS

Esse artigo versa sobre o abandono afetivo de crianças e adolescentes, trazendo desde o seu conceito até as possíveis consequências legais. Inicialmente foi abordado acerca dos princípios que regem o Direito de Família, tal como a Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988, correlacionando estes com o abandono afetivo. Na sequência tratou-se a cultura do abandono afetivo, analisando desde os tempos remotos onde havia escravidão no país e como as crianças eram tratadas nessa época, bem como os reflexos que essa cultura antiga traz para os momentos atuais. Por fim, foram analisadas as consequências psicológicas decorrentes do abandono afetivo, paralelizando com uma possível indenização por danos morais, e também acerca do poder familiar dos pais sobre os filhos.
