Na era da tecnologia da informação, as interações feitas com o meio virtual têm mudado a forma como se vive no meio físico, englobando um padrão comportamentalque vem modificando as relações de trabalho, moradia e consumo. Este trabalho objetiva por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica compreender as formas de habitar de um grupo ávido por informações e novidades a todo o tempo. Superconectados com o mundo, estão sempre sedentos por novas oportunidades, valorizam ambientes confortáveis e tecnológicos, onde possam residir, criar e se expressar livremente. Isto posto, é inegável a influência desta geração no meio construtivo, no que diz respeito a um modo de agirque deve ser traduzido com originalidade em espaços inovadores, bem equipados, e repletos de personalidade. Pode-se afirmar que . cliente da geração milenar considera o ciclo de fabricação relevante, desde sua concepção, processos de produção, condições de trabalho dos funcionários, matéria-prima utilizada e todo o aparato de descarte daquele objeto de desejo, o que inclui a própria mobília residencial.
