PROTECTION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN THE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The article brings an approach about the relevance of protecting children and adolescents in the family environment. The objective is to understand how the Brazilian State should work on the issue of protecting children and adolescents in the family environment and how negligence can harm the quality of life of these individuals. Initially, it was highlighted the relevance of the coexistence of children and adolescents with the family and the community so that they could seek to understand the role of the State in caring for the protection of children and adolescents, based on the observance of the Brazilian Legal Order. The results showed that it is necessary to value the protection of this public in their family environment, thus avoiding negligence that, among other factors, could harm the healthy development and present disorders that can be duly punished according to the bodies responsible for the care of children and adolescents. The article was produced from a qualitative bibliographic research.
