PROTEÇÃO DA CRIANÇA E DO ADOLESCENTE NO AMBIENTE FAMILIAR
Resumen
O artigo traz uma abordagem acerca da relevância da proteção da criança e do adolescente no ambiente familiar. O objetivo é o de compreender sobre como o Estado brasileiro deve trabalhar a questão da proteção da criança e do adolescente no ambiente familiar e sobre como a negligência poderá prejudicar a qualidade de vida desses indivíduos. Inicialmente foi destacado sobre a relevância da convivência da criança e do adolescente com a família e a comunidade para que assim buscasse compreender sobre a atuação do Estado no cuidado com a proteção da criança e do adolescente, a partir da observância do Ordenamento Jurídico Brasileiro. Os resultados mostraram que é preciso valorizar a proteção desse público em seu ambiente familiar, evitando assim negligências que, dentre outros fatores poderá prejudicar o desenvolvimento saudável e apresentar transtornos que podem ser devidamente punidos de acordo com os órgãos responsáveis pelo zelo de crianças e adolescentes. O artigo foi produzido a partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho bibliográfico.
