UMA ANÁLISE ARQUEOLÓGICA DA INDÚSTRIA LÍTICA DO ESTADO DO PARANÁ – SÍTIO ARQUEOLÓGICO CÓRREGO PIAVA (UMUARAMA/PR, BRASIL)

O estudo em tela apresenta uma análise das peças arqueológicas resgatadas do Sítio Arqueológico Córrego Piava, localizado no município de Umuarama, Estado do Paraná, Brasil. O referido sítio apresentou uma coleção de 94 peças, todas pertencentes à indústria lítica. Ao se analisar as características do corpus arqueológico resgatado, busca-se relacionar o material com a bibliografia referente às tradições arqueológicas dos grupos que ocuparam o Sul do Brasil em geral, e o noroeste do Paraná, em particular.
