DESAFIOS NA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICA PARA ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA AOS PEQUENOS PRODUTORES EM COLORADO DO OESTE-RO

Este trabalho analisa os desafios existentes na implementação de políticas públicas voltadas à assistência técnica rural no município de Colorado do Oeste - RO. A pesquisa aborda aspectos institucionais, econômicos e sociais que impactam a efetividade dessas políticas, com base em uma abordagem qualitativa, de natureza exploratória e descritiva e revisões bibliográficas. Observou-se que a falta de recursos financeiros, a burocracia excessiva e a dificuldade de acesso à informação são obstáculos recorrentes para a adesão e continuidade dos programas de apoio. O estudo também destaca a importância da capacitação técnica dos agricultores e da articulação entre diferentes níveis de governo para garantir maior eficiência nas ações. A partir da análise, são propostas recomendações para melhorar a estrutura e a execução das políticas, visando promover o desenvolvimento sustentável da agricultura familiar.
