Introduction: Sexual violence against adolescents represents a multifactorial problem, associated with public health and the violation of human rights. This type of violence predominantly affects girls, occurring most frequently in the domestic and family environment. In this context, the role of forensic science is fundamental to the progress of the legal process, since these professionals are responsible for the collection and analysis of evidence, contributing to the investigation of cases. Objective: To analyze sexual violence against adolescents and the role of forensic science in conjunction with public health. Methodology: This is an integrative review, with a qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory approach, carried out through the analysis of scientific articles available in online databases, in English and Portuguese, from 2010 to 2026. Thirty articles were selected, of which 10 were included because they addressed forensic nursing in the context of urgency and emergency. Results: 202,948 notifications were identified in SINAN (2015–2021), with a predominance of female victims (92%), aged 10 to 19 years. The home environment presented the highest occurrence, with aggressors, in most cases, known to the victims. High underreporting was observed (70–85%). The main impacts include anxiety, depression, social isolation, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Among the main challenges are the fragmentation between Primary Care and the forensic area, revictimization, and weaknesses in the collection of digital evidence. Conclusion: The importance of integrating Primary Health Care into public policies to combat sexual violence against adolescents is concluded, considering its proximity to the community and its capacity for early identification of cases. In parallel, forensic sciences play an essential role in conducting legal procedures, through the analysis of evidence and support for the chain of custody, contributing to the accountability of those involved and to the interruption of the cycle of violence.
