A IMPLANTAÇÃO DO REANP – REGIME ESPECIAL DE ATIVIDADES NÃO PRESENCIAIS NO MUNICÍPIO DE SENHORA DO PORTO – MG: A VISÃO DOS DOCENTES

Esta pesquisa de cunho qualitativo buscou evidenciar a percepção de um grupo de professoras da rede municipal de ensino do município de Senhora do Porto, no estado de Minas Gerais, acerca da reorganização dos saberes docentes na perspectiva de Libâneo (2011), Tardiff (2014), Imbernón (2011) sobre o REANP (Regime Especial de Atividades Não Presenciais), iniciado no ano 2020, em função da Pandemia do COVID 19. A coleta de dados deu-se por meio de um questionário com questões que abordaram as novas exigências educacionais, conceito de profissionalização, metodologias, alfabetização digital em meio ao processo evolutivo das necessidades emergentes da prática profissional motivados pelo REANP. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que os saberes docentes, se constroem por estratégias próprias, existe a necessidade de capacitar-se para utilizar novas metodologias de informação/comunicação elementares à modalidade REANP.
