ESTRATÉGIA LÚDICA EMPREGADA NA UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE PARA O ALCANCE DE CRIANÇAS PARA CONSULTAS DE PUERICULTURA

A consulta de puericultura tem como objetivo acompanhar a criança de forma integral, no seu crescimento e desenvolvimento propiciando uma melhor qualidade de vida, reduzindo assim, a morbimortalidade infantil. Com base nisso, a estratégia lúdica empregada no ESF Joaquim Pedrosa da cidade de Teófilo Otoni, buscou capitar as mães com suas crianças para adesão a consulta infantil, visto a baixa aceitação dos responsáveis aos serviços e as consultas realizadas pela equipe multiprofissional da Unidade Básica de Saúde. A ação foi desenvolvida pelos acadêmicos do curso de enfermagem da Alfa UNIPAC, com a colaboração da Enfermeira e dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) da unidade. Através do projeto, foi possível capitar mais de 60 crianças com a idade até cinco anos, sendo realizada a coleta de dados, pesagem, avaliação do crescimento e desenvolvimento cognitivo das mesmas; e aquelas entre 5 a 10 anos que também participou do evento através das brincadeiras educativas. Como resultado, a estratégia empregada contribuiu para incentivar, de forma lúdica e divertida, a importância da realização das consultas subsequentes na unidade, objetivando a promoção à saúde, prevenção de agravos, identificando alguma comorbidade e/ou situação de risco, buscando assim, atuar precocemente nas intercorrências encaminhando para o centro de referência responsável.
