O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NA INCLUSÃO DO DOENTE MENTAL NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA DE SAÚDE

Na atualidade a Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF), ação da Atenção Primária de Saúde (APS), é uma das portas de entrada do usuário. Ela enfrenta os desafios de ofertar a integralidade em saúde, considerando a complexidade da vida de um usuário com transtorno mental. Este estudo teve como objetivo verificar o papel do enfermeiro na Atenção Básica de Saúde com vistas a trabalhar o fortalecimento de vinculo familiar e comunitário na inclusão do doente mental na sociedade. Tendo como objetivos específicos: identificar quais as ações que visam o fortalecimento de vínculos familiares e comunitários, verificar a funcionalidade da rede de atenção psicossocial ao usuário, compreender quais os direitos básicos de saúde com vistas, a garantir os mesmos, além de desenvolver ações estabelecidas nas políticas públicas, identificando a rede de atenção ao usuário. A pesquisa se deu por meio de metodologia de natureza qualitativa, na qual a análise das obras selecionadas se deu por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, com fins de investigar e descrever sobre o papel do enfermeiro na inclusão do doente mental na atenção primária. Para tanto procurou-se esclarecer a importância do enfermeiro e toda equipe de saúde junto às redes de apoio no acolhimento para a inclusão do doente mental nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde. Ao final considerou-se que o enfermeiro tem um papel fundamental dentro da atenção básica de saúde referente a inclusão do usuário doente mental. Dessa forma, cabe ressaltar que o cuidado de enfermagem carece de aperfeiçoamento e humanização no que tange o atendimento a esse usuário utilizando das diretrizes que permeiam a Política Nacional de Atenção Básica e a rede de apoio da mesma.
