A EDUCAÇÃO E A RELAÇÃO COM O HOMESCHOOLING NO ORDENAMENTO JURÍDICO BRASILEIRO

O presente artigo tem o intuito de analisar se o homeschooling é compatível com o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, bem como analisar o cenário socioeconômico e educacional do País, as implicações práticas do ensino domiciliar e o que foi decidido pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal. Como metodologia científica, foram aplicadas pesquisa documental, jornalística e análise legal, doutrinária e jurisprudencial.
