AVANÇOS PROMISSORES NA OTIMIZAÇÃO DO TRATAMENTO DE AUTISMO: EXPLORANDO ABORDAGENS E ESTRATÉGIAS EFETIVAS

El diagnóstico precoz es fundamental para permitir intervenciones tempranas, favoreciendo la mejora del cuadro clínico y el desarrollo del individuo. Además de los enfoques farmacológicos, las terapias conductuales, ocupacionales y del habla también juegan un papel fundamental en el tratamiento del TEA. A pesar de la ausencia de medicamentos eficaces para los síntomas centrales del autismo, se han utilizado algunos medicamentos para ayudar a los pacientes a enfrentar desafíos y mejorar su calidad de vida. Es fundamental que exista un seguimiento multidisciplinario para garantizar un tratamiento personalizado y seguro, involucrando a un equipo multidisciplinario, combinando terapias conductuales, ocupacionales y del habla, con el uso adecuado de medicamentos cuando sea necesario. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar los tratamientos para el trastorno del espectro autista (TEA) que tengan la mayor evidencia y efectividad. La investigación se realizó mediante una revisión bibliográfica basada en el tema mencionado. Sin embargo, aún es necesario investigar nuevos tratamientos farmacológicos y el desarrollo de medicamentos específicos para el TEA, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida y la inclusión social de las personas.
