CASAMENTO CIVIL E REGIME DE BENS MATRIMONIAIS E A RECENTE DECISÃO DO SUPERIOR TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA ACERCA DA MUDANÇA DO REGIME DE BENS

O presente artigo é um estudo sobre os regimes de casamento constantes em nosso ordenamento jurídico, o objetivo geral é analisar com embasamento na legislação brasileira com profundidade o tema de forma a elucidar dúvidas sobre o mesmo. Os objetivos específicos são de verificar e explanar sobre as diferenças entre os diversos regimes de casamento, e suas peculiaridades assim como cada regime de bens e suas inúmeras alterações com a nova legislação, código civil brasileiro. No atual sistema jurídico brasileiro, a legislação civil estabelece quatro diferentes modelos de regimes de bens do casamento. São eles: Comunhão parcial, separação de bens, comunhão universal e participação final nos aquestos. Vejamos cada um de forma clara e objetiva.
