Resumen

O presente artigo tem como objetivo fomentar e explicar a aplicação do Direito Penal internacional, que, pode ser conceituado como uma disciplina que abrange o conjunto de normas e princípios que tipificam os crimes internacionais, sendo julgado os acusados e punidos os culpados. Podendo também analisar, no contexto da globalização, os mecanismos de justiça penal internacional que devem atuar na proteção aos direitos humanos, com um enfoque especial ao TPI como um importante instrumento de tutela dos bens jurídicos penais internacionais. Sendo contornos desenvolvidos para estabelecer uma doutrina jurídica específica e plenamente satisfatória para os crimes internacionais. Esta deveria estabelecer padrões gerais de responsabilidade para condutas consideradas crimes pelo Direito Internacional, sistematicamente sendo registrado e classificando os elementos estruturais comuns a tais crimes

    Graduado em Direito pela Universidade Presidente Antônio Carlos (2016).
    Pós-graduado em Direito do Trabalho e Processo do Trabalho pela Damásio Educacional (2018).
    Pós-graduando em Direito do Consumidor pela Legale Educacional. (2024 - 2025)
    Mestrando em Tecnologia, Ambiente e Sociedade pela Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (2024 - 2026)

    Advogado atuante com ênfase em Direito e Processso do Trabalho, Direito Previdenciário e Direito do Consumidor.
    Professor em Cursos Preparatórios para Concursos Públicos desde 2017.
