ENTREGA LEGAL E AS LACUNAS NO SISTEMA DE ADOÇÃO BRASILEIRO

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) aborda o tema da Entrega Legal
no Brasil, um dispositivo jurídico que permite às genitoras ou responsáveis
entregarem seus filhos para adoção de forma voluntária e segura, protegendo-os do
abandono e do aborto ilegal. Apesar de sua relevância para o sistema de proteção
da infância, a Entrega Legal enfrenta desafios que limitam sua eficácia, como falta
de informação, estigmatização social e barreiras institucionais. Este estudo propõe
analisar as lacunas existentes no sistema de adoção brasileiro que comprometem a
aplicabilidade e acessibilidade da Entrega Legal, examinando fatores sociais,
culturais e estruturais que afetam sua implementação. A pesquisa adota o
desenvolvimento de estudos de casos como metodologia, buscando identificar as
principais dificuldades e sugerir medidas para o fortalecimento deste dispositivo
jurídico. Com isso, o TCC visa contribuir para o debate sobre o aprimoramento do
sistema de adoção, promovendo uma abordagem que atenda ao melhor interesse
das crianças e auxilie na formulação de políticas públicas eficazes.
