A aplicação do princípio da boa-fé objetiva nos contratos civis é um tema que possui grande importância e interesse no Direito. A boa-fé objetiva, enquanto uma base fundamental das relações contratuais, exerce um papel essencial dando o impulso para a promoção da igualdade, lealdade e razoabilidade entre as partes envolvidas no contrato. No ramo do Direito Civil, a boa-fé objetiva permeia as negociações, execuções e interpretações contratuais, influenciando diretamente a conduta das partes e as consequências jurídicas resultantes de suas ações. Este princípio, é apoiado em preceitos de honestidade, cooperação e confiança, buscando garantir a justiça contratual e a preservação dos interesses legítimos das partes envolvidas. Nesse contexto, torna-se imprescindível buscar a análise da aplicação prática da boa-fé objetiva nos contratos civis, levando em consideração seus desafios interpretativos, impactos na resolução de conflitos e sua evolução jurisprudencial. A presente pesquisa busca explorar a efetividade e os desafios da aplicação deste princípio, objetivando contribuir para o melhoramento do entendimento e da aplicação do Direito Civil no que tange à boa fé objetiva nos contratos.
