PEDAGOGÍAS DEL CUIDADO EN LA ECOLOGÍA DE SABERES: EDUCACIÓN EN SALUD PARA LA CONVIVENCIA CON EL SEMIÁRIDO

El debate sobre educación en salud en territorios semiáridos ha estado históricamente marcado por la predominancia del paradigma biomédico, frecuentemente desvinculado de los saberes tradicionales y de las dinámicas socioecológicas locales. El problema central de este estudio consistió en analizar cómo las pedagogías del cuidado fundamentadas en la ecología de saberes configuran estrategias de educación en salud para la convivencia con el Semiárido y qué evidencias existen sobre su eficacia en la promoción de la autonomía y resiliencia de las poblaciones tradicionales. El objetivo fue sintetizar críticamente la producción científica reciente sobre el tema. Metodológicamente, se realizó una revisión integrativa de la literatura entre noviembre de 2025 y enero de 2026 en las bases SciELO, Scopus, Web of Science y PubMed, estructurada según el modelo PCC. Se identificaron inicialmente 225 referencias, de las cuales 24 conformaron el corpus final. Los resultados evidenciaron que tecnologías sociales territorializadas, como talleres de plantas medicinales, huertos agroecológicos y gestión comunitaria del agua, fortalecen la autonomía terapéutica, la seguridad alimentaria y la resiliencia climática. Se concluye que las pedagogías del cuidado constituyen estrategias político-educativas capaces de articular justicia cognitiva, participación comunitaria y sostenibilidad socioambiental, aunque su consolidación depende de apoyo institucional continuo.
