FORMACIÓN DOCENTE EN CONTEXTOS DE DIVERSIDAD: DISPOSICIONES PROFESIONALES, PRÁCTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS E INCLUSIÓN SOCIAL EN LA ENSEÑANZA BÁSICA II

El presente estudio analiza la formación docente en contextos de diversidad, centrándose en las disposiciones profesionales y las prácticas pedagógicas movilizadas por los profesores de la enseñanza secundaria básica ante las exigencias de la inclusión social. Se parte de la siguiente pregunta investigativa: ¿cómo perciben los docentes de este segmento su formación inicial y continua ante un escenario escolar marcado por heterogeneidades socioculturales y desafíos estructurales? El marco teórico articula la teoría de la acción de Pierre Bourdieu, especialmente los conceptos de habitus, campo y capital, con las contribuciones críticas y emancipadoras de Paulo Freire sobre la práctica pedagógica y la formación reflexiva. Metodológicamente, se trata de una investigación cualitativa, realizada en una escuela pública municipal del interior de Ceará, con la aplicación de cuestionarios y entrevistas semiestructuradas, analizadas a la luz de la técnica de análisis de contenido. Los resultados indican que las disposiciones profesionales de los docentes se ven tensionadas por las lagunas en la formación inicial, las fragilidades en las políticas de formación continua y las condiciones institucionales limitantes. Sin embargo, se evidencia que las prácticas colaborativas y los procesos reflexivos dentro de la escuela configuran posibilidades de reinterpretación del trabajo pedagógico. Se concluye que la consolidación de una educación inclusiva exige políticas formativas articuladas con las realidades escolares y el fortalecimiento del desarrollo profesional docente como práctica social situada.
