TEATRO Y SIMULACIÓN EN LA EDUCACIÓN MÉDICA: UN RELATO DE EXPERIENCIA DE UNA ESTUDIANTE DE ENFERMERÍA

Objetivo: Informar sobre la experiencia de actuar en una simulación clínica basada en el teatro en el curso de Salud del Adulto A del programa de Medicina en UFRJ Macaé, centrándose en el impacto de esta metodología en el aprendizaje, la motivación profesional y la comprensión de la seguridad psicológica en la educación médica. Método: Este es un informe descriptivo de la experiencia basado en la narración personal y la reflexión crítica sobre la participación como actriz en una simulación de síncope con estudiantes de medicina. Resultados: La experiencia proporcionó un aprendizaje profundo mediado por las emociones, alteró significativamente la perspectiva de la carrera profesional de la autora y resaltó la importancia de la seguridad psicológica en los entornos educativos. El entorno creado por el proyecto teatral promovió una menor discriminación y una mayor acogida en comparación con el entorno tradicional del aula. Conclusión: Las metodologías activas basadas en el teatro demuestran un potencial significativo para humanizar la educación médica, facilitar el aprendizaje experiencial y crear entornos psicológicamente seguros. Sin embargo, las barreras institucionales, como la falta de recursos humanos, la tradición en métodos alternativos y los conflictos de horarios, limitan su sostenibilidad y expansión.
