JICOPA GAME CONTROL SYSTEM: DESARROLLO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA WEB PARA LA GESTIÓN DE EVENTOS DEPORTIVOS INTERCLASES.

Resumen

El Jicopa Game Control System es un sistema de información web desarrollado para sustituir el control basado en hojas de cálculo del evento deportivo interclases JiCopa, promovido por la Fundación JiCred / CDL en el municipio de Ji-Paraná, Rondônia, Brasil. El modelo manual presentaba limitaciones críticas de auditoría, trazabilidad de cambios, registro de excepciones, búsqueda de información y generación de informes, comprometiendo la eficiencia operacional y la integridad de los datos durante el evento. La solución adoptó el framework Laravel con PHP 8.3 en el backend, Inertia.js como adaptador para componentes React en TypeScript en el frontend, Tailwind CSS para el estilizado y MySQL como sistema gestor de base de datos. El desarrollo siguió la metodología ágil Scrum, organizado en diez sprints de aproximadamente nueve días cada uno, en el período de enero a abril de 2026. El producto comprende veintitrés requisitos funcionales en nueve grupos: autenticación con control de acceso basado en roles, gestión de usuarios, estructura del evento, calendario y juegos, ejecución de juegos, penalizaciones, puntuación y clasificación en tiempo casi real, panel de gestión y generación de informes en PDF. La verificación se realizó mediante cuarenta y un pruebas automatizadas con ciento veintidós aserciones y validación con datos históricos reales, con cien por ciento de correspondencia en los flujos probados. La evaluación según la norma ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 25010 demostró el cumplimiento de las características de adecuación funcional, usabilidad, eficiencia de desempeño, mantenibilidad y portabilidad. Las limitaciones identificadas — ausencia de implantación en entorno de producción y rutina de copia de seguridad no implementada — constituyen prioridades para trabajos futuros.
