ATUAÇÃO DO FISIOTERAPEUTA NA UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NO NEONATO PRÉ-TERMO COM A DOENÇA DA MEMBRANA HIALINA

O neonato pré-termo acometido pela doença pulmonar das membranas hialinas (DPMH), também conhecida como síndrome do desconforto respiratório, poderá desenvolver alterações hemodinâmicas, fazendo com que haja um cuidado mais que especial na unidade de terapia intensiva neonatal, onde uma equipe preparada e qualificada o acompanhará durante o processo de alta. Fundamentação teórica: Devido a sua imaturidade do sistema, e a deficiência do surfactante, esse responsável por manter os alvéolos abertos, com a deficiência do mesmo os alvéolos ficarão colabados e então gerará um quadro de esforço respiratório. O fisioterapeuta será um dos profissionais a garantir essa melhora do quadro motor, e respiratório, auxiliando na prevenção e na manutenção das vias aéreas, no controle de doenças pulmonares que possam surgir, trazendo uma evolução positiva, e reduzindo os dias de ocupação do leito. Metodologia: Esse trabalho tem como objetivo descrever o as intercorrências, e tratamentos fisioterapêuticos para o neonato pré termo, cuidados esse que serão primordiais para a evolução positiva deste individuo, onde fisioterapeutas e outras áreas multidisciplinares estarão monitorando. Foram selecionados artigos publicados no ambiente virtual sendo: Google Acadêmico, Pubmed e Scielo, considerando que os trabalhos publicados nos últimos 21 anos (2000 a 2021). Considerações Finais: Conclui-se que a fisioterapia será de grande importância na recuperação deste neonato, onde o cuidado e a prevenção de futuras intercorrências sejam prevenidas.
