DA RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL NOS CASOS DE ESTELIONATO SENTIMENTAL

Face as constantes mudanças sociais, notadamente em relação a tutela dos bens inerentes à personalidade, mister se faz a discussão acerca da responsabilidade civil nos casos de estelionato sentimental. O presente artigotem como escopo o estudo do estelionato sentimental, temática recente no cenário jurídico nacional, mas que progressivamente ganha notoriedade dada a pertinência de tipificar o ato, intentando maior proteção às vítimas e punições mais contundentes aos agentes. Através de uma revisão bibliográfica acerca do objeto e assuntos correlatos, o artigo evidenciou a importância de investigar as características principais do estelionato sentimental, as formas de ocorrência e possíveis punições. Serviram de base à pesquisa livros, artigos, jurisprudência, Código Penal e Código Civil, além da suprema Constituição Federal.
