This article emphasizes the importance of the Administration Scientific seem and analyzed as science, the pioneers of the Scientific School, which had as main objective, to leverage the production of durable goods, thus making efficient organizations. Concepts such as Rationalization of Labor and the Principles of Scientific Management, will be presented as a way to understand the key attributes that add value to the Administration view, and analyzed as science, based on methodologies and theories of evidence are analyzed and experienced in practice.
