Este artículo destaca la gran importancia de la Administración Científica vista y analizada como ciencia, por los pioneros de la racionalización del trabajo, quienes se dieron a conocer como fundadores de la Escuela Científica, cuyo principal objetivo era potenciar la producción de bienes duraderos, tornando así eficientes a las organizaciones. . Se presentarán conceptos como Racionalización del Trabajo y Principios de la Administración Científica como una forma de entender lo que fue esa “revolución de la administración” de principios del siglo XX, y entender los principales atributos que agregaron valor a la Administración, vista y analizada como una ciencia, basada en metodologías y teorías sobre la evidencia que se analizan y prueban en la práctica.Descargas
