The Use of Psychographed Letters as Evidence in the Legal System

O presente artigo busca investigar as informações existentes quanto ao uso das cartas psicografadas como meio de prova no ordenamento jurídico, reunindo as informações acerca das cartas psicografadas pelo médiuns espíritas, bem como estuda as ocasiões em que essas cartas foram utilizadas no sistema jurídico, abordando a valoração dessa prova como sendo lícita ou não. O artigo abordará, inicialmente, informações quanto a doutrina espírita e, posteriormente, o significado e o uso das cartas psicografadas. Em seguida, o artigo examinará os tipos de provas tipificados no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, em especial no processo penal, analisando também a legitimidade jurídica da utilização dessas cartas como meio de provas que, embora sejam consideradas provas atípicas, não são ilícitas
