EL USO DE CARTAS PSICOGRAFIADAS COMO PRUEBA EN EL SISTEMA JURÍDICO

Este artículo busca investigar la información existente sobre el uso de cartas psicografiadas como prueba en el sistema judicial. Para ello, recopila información sobre cartas psicografiadas por médiums espiritistas y estudia las ocasiones en que estas cartas se han utilizado en el sistema judicial, abordando la legitimidad de estas pruebas. Inicialmente, el artículo abordará información sobre la doctrina espiritista y, posteriormente, el significado y el uso de las cartas psicografiadas. Posteriormente, examinará los tipos de prueba tipificados en el sistema judicial brasileño, especialmente en los procesos penales, analizando también la legitimidad legal de utilizar estas cartas como prueba, las cuales, aunque consideradas atípicas, no son ilícitas.
