This study analyzes the contribution of Business Intelligence (BI) to loss management in a pharmaceutical Distribution Center located in Teresina-PI, through the implementation of performance indicators focused on inventory control and loss prevention. The research is characterized as applied, exploratory, documentary, and qualitative, developed through a case study using data extracted from the company’s ERP and WMS systems. The study involved the restructuring of fiscal operations, the segmentation of loss and credit causes, and the implementation of dashboards in Power BI for monitoring strategic indicators. The results demonstrated greater accuracy in inventory movement control, improved information traceability, and increased agility in managerial decision-making. A reduction in operational inconsistencies and improvements in the loss analysis process were observed, especially regarding internal damages and product incineration. It is concluded that the integration between Business Intelligence and performance indicators significantly contributes to operational efficiency and the sustainability of pharmaceutical logistics management, providing a model applicable to other distribution centers.
