GAMIFICAÇÃO E INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL: CONSTRUINDO AMBIENTES EDUCACIONAIS INTERATIVOS E PERSONALIZADOS

A educação contemporânea enfrenta o desafio de superar a passividade dos modelos tradicionais através da personalização em larga escala. Este estudo, configurado como um ensaio teórico fundamentado numa revisão integrativa da literatura, analisa a convergência entre a Gamificação e a Inteligência Artificial (IA) como pilares de uma nova Engenharia de Aprendizagem. O objetivo central é investigar como o uso de mecânicas de jogo e algoritmos de suporte à decisão pode construir ambientes que otimizem o estado de flow e a eficácia pedagógica. A metodologia seguiu o protocolo de seis etapas para revisões integrativas, analisando evidências colhidas entre 2021 e 2026. Os resultados demonstram que a integração de arquiteturas de dados (Lakehouse) e práticas de MLOps pedagógico permite uma adaptação em tempo real às necessidades do estudante, mitigando a evasão e a dívida técnica educativa. Conclui-se que a vantagem competitiva das instituições reside na capacidade de transformar o engajamento num ativo de governação ético, estável e tecnologicamente governado.
