ENFOQUES PARADIGMÁTICOS EN ESTUDIOS SOBRE DIGNIDAD, CONSUMIDORES Y CLIENTES: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

El objetivo de este estudio es presentar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre enfoques paradigmáticos que abordan la dignidad, el consumidor y el cliente. Para ello, utiliza los elementos clave para la elaboración de revisiones sistemáticas y metaanálisis (PRISMA) mediante una búsqueda con los términos "dignidad", "cliente" y "cliente". Este trabajo busca analizar publicaciones que relacionen los constructos mencionados, principalmente en relación con sus paradigmas de investigación, para comprender cuáles son los más utilizados y si los enfoques paradigmáticos son los más apropiados para el estudio del tema. El trabajo contribuye al campo al realizar la primera revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre los temas seleccionados, lo que permite llevar a cabo nuevos estudios basados en los análisis, hallazgos y limitaciones. El trabajo propone la adopción del paradigma estructuralista basado en Anthony Giddens para la investigación relacionada con la dignidad y los clientes/consumidores, considerando que los trabajos que lo han utilizado han producido los resultados más innovadores en el campo.
