EXPERIÊNCIA FORMATIVA COM ACS NA CAPACITAÇÃO PARA RECONHECIMENTO DA DEPRESSÃO PÓS-PARTO NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA

A Depressão Pós-Parto (DPP) é um importante problema de saúde pública, pois afeta a mãe, o bebê e a relação familiar. Os Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS), devido à proximidade com as famílias, são fundamentais para identificar sinais precoces. Diante disso, foi realizado um encontro formativo com os ACS em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS), utilizando metodologias ativas, diálogo e panfletos educativos para orientá-los sobre sintomas, fatores de risco e formas de abordagem. Identificou-se que os ACS tinham conhecimentos limitados sobre a DPP, mas demonstraram grande participação e interesse. A formação ampliou a capacidade de reconhecer sinais de alerta, reforçou o papel estratégico dos ACS nas visitas domiciliares e favoreceu maior segurança na comunicação com a equipe multiprofissional. Também foram percebidas dificuldades, como a sobrecarga de trabalho e a falta de capacitações contínuas. Ainda assim, a capacitação contribuiu significativamente para aprimorar a detecção precoce da DPP, fortalecer práticas humanizadas e qualificar o cuidado à saúde mental das puérperas. O estudo reforça a importância de manter ações educativas permanentes e melhorar as condições de trabalho para garantir uma assistência integral e efetiva na perinatalidade.
