DESARROLLO DE UNA SOLUCIÓN WEB PARA LA AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE PROCESOS EN EL NÚCLEO DE APLICACIÓN DE PROYECTOS DEL INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE BRASÍLIA - CAMPUS GAMA

Teniendo en cuenta la existencia de limitaciones relevantes en la gestión de las demandas externas del Núcleo de Aplicación de Proyectos (NAP), del Instituto Federal de Brasília, Campus Gama, se buscó desarrollar una herramienta de solución tecnológica para automatizar los flujos de trabajo del núcleo, mejorar el monitoreo y el control de las demandas, aumentar la eficiencia y mejorar la comunicación entre los actores involucrados. Este estudio tiene como objetivo describir las funcionalidades del software desarrollado para automatizar rutinas operativas y perfeccionar la gestión de estos proyectos de extensión ejecutados en el ámbito del Núcleo de Aplicación de Proyectos (NAP) del Instituto Federal de Brasília - Campus Gama. La investigación es de naturaleza aplicada y descriptiva, utilizando el enfoque de Design Science Research articulado con el modelado de procesos de negocio. Los resultados muestran que la solución tecnológica desarrollada en entorno web y aplicación móvil tiene potencial para automatizar la atención a los demandantes (registro estandarizado), haciendo más accesibles los servicios prestados por el NAP a la comunidad, facilitar la gestión interna de los procesos y mejorar la comunicación entre docentes y discentes involucrados en los proyectos. La herramienta digital puede ir más allá de la digitalización del flujo de atención al promover la innovación pedagógica, aumentar la madurez de la gestión de procesos en el NAP y fortalecer la integración entre la institución y las micro y pequeñas empresas de la región.
