SISTEMA DE DISPENSAÇÃO FRACIONADA DE MEDICAMENTOS NÃOCONTROLADOS

Os efeitos do uso de drogas podem irradiar de várias maneiras, assim como podem aumentar a expectativa de vida e trata doenças, se usadas de forma inadequada, podem causar eventos adversos e danos à integridade da saúde do paciente. Uma forma eficaz para evitar que tais acidentes aconteçam, é a dispensação fracionada de medicamentos não controlados. Este trabalho realizou uma análise crítica baseada na literatura sobre sistemas de dispensação farmacêutica, considerando o fracionamento de embalagens primárias, rastreabilidade, fiscalização e legislação vigente. O método adotado foi de natureza qualitativa, quanto aos meios fez-se uma revisão bibliográfica com análise descritiva, onde foram selecionadas diversas literaturas para referenciar a pesquisa, para tanto escolheu-se publicações contidas em bancos de dados tais como: Scielo, Google Acadêmico, entre outros. Por fim,considerou-se que as doses fracionadas são o modelo mais eficaz para racionalizar o uso de medicamentos, otimizar a qualidade da assistência, integrar os farmacêuticos às equipes de saúde, reduzir o potencial de erro e reduzir os custos dos medicamentos.
